Job Title: MMCEO Department: Sales Reporting To: Channel Sales Head Band: 3A-3B Openings: 3 JOB Location - Kolkata & Greater Noida Job Responsibilities: Business Objectives: Drive offline sales to fill international inventory through Indias partner profiles with structured planning, forecasting, and target allocation. Establish and maintain relationships with Indian corporate clients, travel agents, industry influencers, and key strategic partners to generate business for international destinations. Develop strategies to set milestones, maintain business volume stability, and plan ahead for growth. Conduct periodic performance reviews of team members to ensure maximum productivity. Plan and execute market-site visits within the assigned region and conduct regular assessments. Maintain and review monthly sales trackers, account progress, and target achievements. Provide regular insights on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other sales-impacting factors. Stay updated on competition and implement acquired knowledge for change management. People Objectives: Lead and manage a team of 6+ on-roll employees effectively. Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members to ensure the right team is in place. Empower and engage the team by coaching them on processes, products, IT systems, and soft skills. Demonstrate a proven track record in onboarding companies and corporate clients. Assist the team in negotiating and closing large deals. Enable teams to drive business growth through regular RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and action planning. Act as a liaison between the sales department and other relevant stakeholders. Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for outlier management. Skills & Qualifications Required: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve business objectives. Process and data-oriented approach to sales management. Passion for sales with a strong analytical skillset. Proactive learning attitude with a go-getter approach. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
