Strengthening the Company s Business interests in the Marketplace Form the vital link between the Company and Customers B2B sales (direct as well as through dealer) Sales and distribution management for entire state. Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives Managing key accounts Managing customer payments Managing sales team of Executives and Officers (3-5 company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team. Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required: PG preferred. Or graduate with good qualifications. At least 6-7 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with customer management skills At least 3 years of team leading experience of company employees preferably in ASM or equivalent position is preferred Experience with reputed B2B companies in leadership positions in their segments is preferred.
