Locations opend as below 1) Hubli- Urgent 2) Bangalore- Urgent 4) Chennai- Urgent 6) ROM- Urgent- Aurangabad 5) Kerala - Kochi 6) MP- Indore Skill : Channel sales, Distribution, Primary & Secondary Sales, General Trade, GT, Team Handling, Interview Mode : 1st & 2nd Round Virtual (G.Meet) / Final Round -F2F in Satara Plant Company will reimburse/ provide the travelling expenses. Job Role :- Examine the previous months target and achievements data Allocate targets, through Distributors ,based on target KPIs Visit outlets with DSE & distributors if there is a recurring problem or if they are critical for business Resolve issues and implement action plan Enforce service levels for all outlets including KROs on priority Check DSE visits -service levels based on msmart Check for the stock levels with retailer -at least 2 days Prioritize the important tasks Review, monitor and work with distributor to achieve performance Distributor/DSE/promoter capability and support needed Boosted sales revenue by cultivating strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. Analyzed sales data regularly to monitor progress towards goals and make necessary adjustments to strategy as needed. Developed sales strategy based on research of consumer buying trends and market conditions. Created and implemented successful sales campaigns to drive leads and increase sales.
