Sales Target Achievement : - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Increasing market share within the assigned territory. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities. 2. Team Management : - Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. - Conducting regular team meetings to review performance and plan strategies. - Identifying training needs and ensuring the team is well-equipped to handle market challenges. 3. Market Expansion : - Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base. - Developing relationships with schools, colleges, libraries, bookshops, and professional organizations. - Launching new products and ensuring effective promotion and distribution. 4. Customer Relationship Management : - Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, trade partners, and institutions. - Addressing customer queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels. - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services. 5. Distribution and Logistics : - Ensuring optimal stock availability and timely delivery of products. - Collaborating with distributors and retailers for seamless operations. - Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper order replenishment. 6. Promotional Activities : - Organizing and participating in book fairs, seminars, and workshops. - Planning and executing promotional campaigns to increase product visibility. - Collaborating with marketing teams for area-specific initiatives. 7. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Analyzing sales trends and preparing detailed reports on performance. - Monitoring competitor activities and suggesting strategies to counter them. - Reporting to higher management with actionable insights and recommendations. 8. Compliance and Administration : - Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. - Managing budgets for area operations and promotional activities. - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements. Required Skills : - Good communication skills - Total experience (Year wise) : atleast 6 months work experience - Experience Work wise in capacity of : Customer Support - Always Maintain Good Telephone, live chat & email Etiquettes
