Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the MSME sector. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continuous lead generation and conversion. Address client queries and concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Officers to enhance their performance. Conduct thorough market research to understand MSME trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Work closely with the finance & credit team to assess risk profiles and ensure quality client acquisition. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications. Enhance brand awareness and positioning within the target market. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 7+ years in sales, business development, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with local areas and willingness to travel extensively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
