Job Description: We are seeking strategic and experienced sales leaders to drive our channel sales initiatives across the assigned states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams, cultivating robust partner relationships, and achieving high-performance targets in dynamic environments. Location: Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram Responsibilities: Design and implement effective channel sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals. Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers, Sales Executives, and Operations personnel. Expand distribution through onboarding and nurturing of channel partners, distributors, and merchants. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to support ongoing sales growth. Provide mentoring, training, and support to drive peak team performance. Coordinate with internal departments for sales enablement tools and promotional support. Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for optimization. Develop and oversee incentive schemes and KPIs to boost productivity. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Represent the organization in trade events, expos, and partner meetings to enhance brand presence. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for ASM roles). 26 years of experience in channel sales or business development. TSM: 23 years experience ASM: 46 years with 23 years in leadership Proven record of driving growth through strategic sales management. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
