We offer loans for the purchase of commercial vehicles, four-wheelers, tractor and disburse Loan Against Property (LAP) and Secured Business Loans to the SME/MSME segment. We have grown on the foundations of dedicated customer service, fair business practices, efficient, safe and trusted financial policies and have serviced loans to over 100,000+ customers. Based out of Jaipur, we have a network of more than 270+ branches across the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi (NCR) Haryana, Chandigarh and Punjab, HP, UP, UK and CG. JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION Key Roles and Responsibilities: Team Building and Channel Development. Achievement of business plan and strategies. Regular review meetings with team below & above Portfolio management in coordination OPS & Collection Asset Verification of the cases under processing Random field visits Collections of the ED & NS cases What were looking for : Person should be from the same domain only with relevant experience. Candidates with experience in Vehicle Loan, Car Loan, Tractor Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan etc. shall be given due weightage Should have a proven track record of growth Good grasping over collections should be there. Notable interpersonal skills.
