Area Sales Manager Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad, India Company: ZeroTouch Industry: Sanitary Ware Job Description: ZeroTouch, a leading name in innovative sanitary ware products, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager for its Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitary ware sales, especially in managing dealers and distributors. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and promoting ZeroTouch products through an established channel network. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth in the assigned area by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Dealer & Distributor Management: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key dealers and distributors in the region. Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to increase market penetration. Product Promotion: Promote ZeroTouch products by conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make strategic decisions. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity to the regional sales head. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the internal sales team, logistics, and marketing departments for smooth order fulfillment and customer support. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (48 years) in sanitary ware or related building materials industry. Strong dealer and distributor network in Hyderabad or the Telangana region. Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently. Excellent communication and convincing skills ability to influence buying decisions. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills . Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Preferred Attributes: Experience working with premium sanitary ware brands . Local market knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding regions . Ability to train and motivate dealer sales staff. Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on solution-based selling .
