Ltd Designation: Depend on your Experience Location: Kutch Gandhidham, Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel industry through market research, lead generation, and cold calling. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable steel product solutions. · Present and promote our range of steel products and services to clients, including conducting product demonstrations and delivering sales presentations. · Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. · Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas. · Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration. · Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks. Requirements: · Proven track record in sales, preferably in the steel industry or a related field. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. · Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. · Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Solid understanding of the steel industry, including knowledge of different steel products, applications, and market dynamics. · Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. · Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports. · Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
