Role Purpose: The Area Service Incharge Bangalore for Orient Electric will be responsible for overseeing the companys service operations within the Bangalore region, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the service operations in Bangalore, ensuring superior service quality and customer satisfaction. Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborating with sales teams to identify potential business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Training and managing the service team to deliver superior customer service. Performing regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in service management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Work Environment/Location: This is a full-time role based in Bangalore. The Area Service Incharge will be required to work on-site and occasionally travel within the region.
