Strong knowledge of EV systems , warranty processes , and compliance standards. Experience in overseeing service operations , vendor coordination , and parts availability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree (B.Tech or any relevant discipline) Minimum 8+ years of experience in field service , preferably within the automotive industry.
