Job Description

Valuation of Real Estate Scenario Handling various key segments in terms of Valuation of different properties with specific turnaround time. Visiting properties for preparing technical valuation report. Measurement of land / plot of applicants applying for Home loans / Working Capital / SME Limits. Verification of approved building plans and compare the construction vis prevailing state bye-laws. Scrutiny of technical documents and preparation of Technical Valuation reports. Providing opinion to credit approves in case of any issues. Regular interaction with valuation agencies and brokers in different markets to get a sense on fair market values of properties in different geographies and other developments in the market. Providing professional technical support to the credit/risk/policy underwriting team and all internal stakeholders. The candidate should be willing to travel to the following locations: Namakkal Pollachi Udumalpet Singanallur Erode
