Job Description Basic Function We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead our Salesforce development team and drive the success of our Salesforce initiatives. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs effectively. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture and development will enable you to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our overall customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. Roles and Responsibilites Lead the Salesforce development team in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards and documentation procedures. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Salesforce features and enhancements. Provide technical leadership and support to team members, mentoring them in Salesforce technologies and development practices. Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimize performance within the Salesforce environment. Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and releases to leverage new features and maintain system efficiency. Experience Skills Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with a strong focus on technical management roles. Good to have Scrum Master / PMP certification Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Demonstrated experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team toward achieving project goals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
