Candidates will be responsible for driving sales through insurance agents for Life and Health Insurance products only. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new agents/partners for Life or Health Insurance sales. • Drive sales through the agency network in the assigned territory. • Support and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance. • Maintain healthy relationships with partners for sustained business. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively. • Regular reporting of sales performance and funnel management. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, preferably in insurance (Life/Health). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on targets and achieve consistent sales. • Familiarity with the insurance agency network is preferred. • Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
