You will be interacting with clients to understand their requirements and work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the work we do bring value to the client!If you are a professional from Intralogistics Automation, Retail & Warehouse Automation, Airport Automation, Industrial Automation, Storage & Conveyor Automation, Dairy, End of Line Automation, Packaging, Robotics, Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, Electronics, Healthcare Industry and If you have the following credentials, then get in touch with usKey responsibilities:To manage individual projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, to the agreed scope and meet the customers agreed specification and Armstrong’s quality expectations.Issue weekly reports to inform customer about project progress, identifying significant problem areas and with updated schedule.Deal with the customer on all contractual matters, including risks, opportunities & change management.Maintain and implement an up to date project time schedule, this has to indicate clearly the critical path of activities and any deviations from plan.Co-ordinate and check all technical interfaces and activities. Ensure design meets project requirements, with engineering support.Manage internal as well as customer FAT’sCreate appropriate customer handover documentationManagement of all personnel on site including sub-contractorsManagement of EHS policy, Statuary compliance.Prepare detailed test protocols and commissioning plans & ensure it’s completed within time.Ensure smooth transfer of project to service for warranty support.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics or related field.10 - 12 years of proven working experience in project management.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget & timeline.Experience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Proven interpersonal and team management skills.Good decision making and problem solving ability.Excellent communication skills.Drive to learn and up-skill.
