We’re hiring Art Directors and Senior Art Directors to drive compelling brand experiences through innovative storytelling, striking visuals, and cohesive design strategy. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute cutting-edge advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Plan and direct photoshoots, ensuring creative output meets high standards and brand consistency. Oversee daily creative deliverables and maintain alignment with production timelines and quality standards. Develop and uphold a cohesive visual identity, including brand guidelines and collateral. Collaborate on mobile app UI/UX prototypes and provide creative direction for user-centered design. Lead packaging design projects, ensuring visual appeal aligns with brand objectives. Design storyboards and work with production teams to bring engaging video content to life. Must-Have Skills And Experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.). A diverse and impactful portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and digital creativity. Proven ability to lead creative projects and mentor junior designers. Strong project management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills with an open, collaborative mindset. Preferred Educational Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Graduates from Tier-1 design schools preferred (NIFT, NID, MIT Pune, Pearl Academy, Srishti, etc.). Behavioral Competencies Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and drive creative excellence. Agile and adaptable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
