We empower schools, educators, and administrators with intelligent tools to engage families and communities more effectively. As we expand across the U.S. market, we’re looking for a creative leader to take our visual identity to the next level. About the Role: We’re seeking a highly skilled Art Director with deep expertise in branding, visual design, video production, and animation. You’ll lead the creation and evolution of Dumroo.ai’s visual presence across all touchpoints—from product and marketing to motion and 3D storytelling. The ideal candidate has a sharp design sensibility, a strong portfolio, and experience building brand narratives that resonate with U.S. audiences. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Dumroo.ai’s brand guidelines Lead design projects for web, social, digital ads, presentations, and more Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, and promotional content Design and animate 2D/3D characters and visuals (After Effects, Blender, etc.) Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams Manage creative workflows and potentially oversee junior designers or freelancers Requirements: 5+ years of experience in design, branding, and art direction Proven expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and animation Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) Strong understanding of the U.S. market’s visual and cultural design standards Excellent communication and project management skills Must be available during Eastern Time (EST) work hours Must have a high-performance setup (Gaming PC or Apple desktop) and reliable high-speed internet Nice to Have: Experience with Figma or collaborative design tools Previous work in EdTech, SaaS, or startup environments Familiarity with UI/UX design principles Why Join Us? 100% remote team with a collaborative, creative culture Mission-driven work that supports education and innovation Opportunity to shape the brand of a fast-growing AI startup Show more Show less
