Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement innovative ad campaigns across various digital platforms. - Organize and coordinate photoshoots, ensuring high standards of brand representation. - Design and manage daily creative tasks, adhering to production schedules and quality benchmarks. - Create a cohesive visual identity for the brand, including design guidelines and branding materials. - Develop mobile application prototypes and provide creative direction on user interface design. - Lead the packaging design process, from concept to final product, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. - Craft storyboards for video content, collaborating with the production team for effective storytelling. Required Skills and Experience: - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects. - Demonstrable experience in leading creative projects and guiding a creative team. - Excellent communication skills with a keen openness to feedback and collaboration. - Flexibility in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management. Behavioural Skills: - Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude. - Openness to constructive feedback with a willingness to continuously improve. - Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate creative teams. Education and Qualifications: - Degree in graphic design, art, or related field- from a Tier 1 design institute like NIF Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai, Shreshti School of Design, MIT Pune, and other such schools. - Preferred industries: Consumer electronics, Marketing agencies, D2C First brands. - A minimum of 5 years' experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
