Williams Lea Role: Art Director - Williams Lea Kochi Shift: Rotational (Monthly Once) Week off: Rotational Location: Kochi Overview of the Role: The Art Director collaborates closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize and develop the visual output for various projects. This includes establishing the visual language, setting the tone, and defining the animation style. The Art Director is responsible for guiding the execution of all visual aspects of projects, ensuring consistency and quality across the board. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization: Work with the Creative Director to brainstorm and develop visual concepts for projects. Visual Language: Establish and maintain the visual language and tone for projects. Animation Style: Define and oversee the animation style to ensure it aligns with the project's vision. Execution: Guide the execution of all visual elements, ensuring they meet quality standards and are consistent across the project. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including designers, animators, and developers, to ensure cohesive visual output. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to team members to refine and improve visual elements. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into projects. Strong Visualization: Demonstrate strong visualization skills to bring concepts to life effectively. Team Handling: Lead and manage the visual team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align visual strategies with marketing goals. Print and Digital: Oversee visual content for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality. Concept New Ideas: Continuously generate and develop new ideas to keep the visual output fresh and innovative. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality visual work. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and animation principles.
