RBK International Academy is looking for ART Teacher to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey We are seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join our educational institution The Art Teacher will play a vital role in fostering students' artistic skills, creativity, and appreciation for visual arts This role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to inspiring young minds through engaging and innovative art education Responsibilities:Plan and deliver art lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives Teach various art forms, techniques, and media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, digital art, and more Provide students with a strong foundation in art history, aesthetics, and critical thinking about art Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression, creativity, and individuality Demonstrate and teach students fundamental art skills and techniques while encouraging their unique artistic voices Incorporate technology and digital tools into art instruction to reflect modern art practices Organize and lead creative projects, workshops, and art-related activities Assess and evaluate students' artwork, progress, and understanding of artistic concepts Provide constructive feedback to help students develop their skills and refine their artwork Encourage students to explore diverse artistic styles, cultures, and perspectives Collaborate with other art teachers and educators to share ideas and resources Participate in school events, exhibitions, and art shows to showcase students' work Stay updated on art education trends, new media, and innovative teaching methods Develop and maintain a safe and organized art studio environment Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community Guide students in preparing portfolios for college applications or art competitions, if applicable Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field Master's degree is a plus Relevant teaching certification or licensure in art education Proven experience in teaching art to students of various ages and skill levels Strong artistic skills and proficiency in various art forms and techniques Passion for art education and a deep understanding of its significance in holistic development Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to engage diverse learners Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for nurturing students' artistic growth Knowledge of art history, aesthetics, and contemporary art practices Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for art instruction Preferred:Experience teaching art in K- schools, art academies, community centers, or after-school programs Active involvement in local art communities, exhibitions, or art organizations Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies Familiarity with art software and digital art tools
