Job Description: AI Developer/Engineer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cutting-edge generative AI models and systems. You will work on applications such as NLP, image synthesis, and other creative AI solutions that enhance user experiences and solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities Design, train, and fine-tune generative AI models, such as GPT, GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models, for various use cases (e.g., text, images, audio, or video generation). Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for model training and evaluation. Optimize model performance for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy while addressing issues like bias, fairness, and robustness. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring reliability and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI and apply innovative techniques to solve business problems. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the performance and impact of generative AI solutions in real-world applications. Qualifications Education : Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Machine Learning, AI. Experience : Proven experience in building and deploying generative AI models. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or other generative domains. Technical Skills : Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML libraries. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions. Experience with MLOps tools and pipelines for managing model lifecycles. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
