Exposure to mass timber or engineered wood is a plus. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (a technical background is crucial to engage with architects and builders effectively). Exceptional networking skills, with an established network in real estate, construction, and architecture. Confidence, charisma, and a passion for high-value sales, especially within the UHNI and luxury segment.
