Jd:- A.S.E. (If on market visit)· Day to begin on Field assist app with marking of attendance and identification of the beat of the day; Creation of Joint working plan, if required.· A.S.E should be 100% responsible for appoint number of 3 new distributors or as per the plan.· A.S.E has to do retailing for individually or with S.R/T.S.I (Minimum 15-20 outlets.· Understand day’s target, check recent beat history, identify key outlets to visit for that day · Co-ordinate with respective distributors and check key deliverables, any outstanding issues, S.R/ TSI market working, stock maintenance, beat alignment, outlet service · Ensure sales target achievement (100% or above) · Train the team on the spot with necessary interventions · Report the following. - Any issues with order taking - Supplies and Service - Competition activity, rates etc. - Marketing activities - New outlet opening - Damages & Returns (market, distributor etc) - Surveys, Schemes and Promotions (if any) - Other related market information. · Daily market report of employees under him - Call productivity, TC, PC, Sales, Target achievement, etc · Monitor collection of all reports from S.R and S.S.R · Daily depot wise stock, sale and purchase report along with distributor wise stock report · Check Target vs achievement (Day, MTD) · Generate and report daily sales report to the respective manager. (If on Distributor visit or appointment)· Check health of distribution, stock maintenance capabilities, outlet-servicing capabilities, market relationship, Damages & Returns (if any), Review past performances, take update on pending issues (if any), etc.· Make plans to develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets· Highlight any market working gaps – Manpower, Stocks, Promotions, Rates, Competition, Product related, and Outlet coverage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: 5G: 4 years (Preferred) Language: Bengali (Preferred) Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
