PFB the JD Actively identify and target potential corporate clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Govt. and corporate accounts including clinical leaders. Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of diagnostic services and products to meet corporate needs Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements with corporate clients to secure profitable deals. Manage existing corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional diagnostic services. Track sales performance, generate detailed reports, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies and support customer needs. Leading and coordinating a group of salespeople towards achieving common sales goals, which involves setting clear expectations, providing training, monitoring performance, fostering collaboration, and motivating individuals to maximize sales results within a team structure.
