Job Description:SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT:Ensure achievement of secondary/ primary Sales targets, according to AOP and Monthly Fixed Target. Ensure alignment of PJP of self and PJP of SO under the ASE/ASM/Sr.ASM, through SFA (Field Assist).Check and monitor the market activity for the SO, through SFA ( Field Assist) and physically in the market. Analyse potential areas in assigned geography where Retailers or Distributor appointment would enhance business prospects.Interview parties shortlisted by SO and evaluate them on financial strength, infrastructure, experience, market standing.
