Candidates with experience in RAC can apply Job Title : Area Sales Manager RAC Sales Job Type : Full-time Qualification : Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical,) Experience : Minimum 4 Years CTC : Upto 18 LPA Location : Kolkata Role Objective: Sales/Collection target achievement for the territory/area assigned in accordance with guidelines of the Business Head to achieve Business Plan Target Management Goals. Developing AC business through Sales & Service Dealers/ Promoting Sales of Windows Ac and Split AC Job Responsibilities Sales Achievement- Preparing roadmap of the plan received for the vertical Develop understanding of market dynamics and develop strategies to gain incremental business. Responsible for hitting monthly sales plan and increasing sales volume for the assigned territory/area as per Business Plan Maintaining & updating Funnel/Enquiries with strong follow-up to create strong prospects. Channel Expansion - Responsible for efficient management of the existing channel Identify new channel partner (SSD) trade opportunities for expanding the channel network. Responsible for channel/market m;apping. Responsible for generating enquiries through Architects, Consultant, Developers, Dealers, Cold calls etc. tracking the same on regular basis. Tracking Outstanding - Tracking controlling the overdue outstanding. Ensuring outstanding's are cleared as per defined timelines. Market Share Ensure achievement of value market share • Ensure growth in market share in proportion to the market growth in industry. Service Coordinating with Service team to resolve service issues across all channels. Skills :- Strong hold & relationship with SSDs, Consultants, AC Contractors, Architects, Key Influencers, FMC, PMC, etc Strong interpersonal skills Customer relation management Close watch on Competition.
