Candidates with minimum 10 Years of experience in Regional Retail and General Trade with consumer durables can apply. candidate must know the local retail channels of Hyderabad Job Title : Area Sales Manager Experience : 10+ Years Location : Hyderabad CTC: Upto 18 LPA (Including 12% variable) Qualification : MBA/PGDM Job Description : Accountable for managing Primary and Secondary sales in OR accounts. Ensure effective training for the sales team to enhance sellout performance. Foster trust with Key Decision Makers through customer engagement initiatives and high-quality service. Oversee store hygiene and product display management. Ensure consistent product billing to trade partners in alignment with business plans. Maintain updated benchmarking of competitor features and pricing. Stay informed about the latest trends in local and surrounding markets. Manage a team comprising SOA, MWO Chefs, and Promoters (FIS). Oversee local logistics operations. Develop impactful sales strategies based on in-depth industry and market insights. Establish and implement pricing guidelines in response to market conditions and competition. Plan and execute optimal promotional campaigns for new product launches. Cultivate strong relationships with Organized Trade partners and internal teams to foster long-term trust.
