Role & responsibilities Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Area Manager / Senior Territory Manager to lead our corporate insurance growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial insurance sales and will play a key role in expanding our presence in key regions. Key Responsibilities Acquire and expand commercial business from large corporate clients. Provide consultative, value-led risk solutionsnot just price-driven offerings. Build lasting relationships and become a trusted insurance advisor. Achieve individual targets for revenue, profitability, and market penetration. Collaborate with internal teams on servicing, underwriting, and placement. Identify market opportunities and contribute to business strategy. Maintain an optimal product mix aligned with client needs and industry trends. Ensure strict adherence to IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2013 and internal policies. Consistently deliver high-quality service and uphold brand values. Preferred candidate profile Professionals with 4+ years in corporate or commercial insurance sales Individuals with experience in consultative and solution-based selling Candidates familiar with risk management and regulatory frameworks Excellent communicators with strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach
