We are hiring "Area Sales Manager" in CAC SSD Division for a consumer durable MNC. We are looking for candidates having experience in sales and service division for Light Commercial AC like Cassettes/Tower/Ducted/VRF. Job Description: Area Sales Manager CAC Sales Experience : 4 to 10years -SSD Business-Tower/Cassettes/Ducted CTC : upto 16 LPA Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, HVAC) Location Patna Roles and Responsibility: - Candidate should be capable to handle SSD (CAC) - Preparing roadmap of the plan received for the vertical and driving project sales through SSD Channels Lead Generation & Sales Target Achievement: Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach sales targets. - This includes sourcing leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales in both new and existing markets. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Analyze commercial CAC market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. - Responsible for generating enquiries through Architects, Consultant, Developers, Dealers, Cold calls etc. tracking the same on regular basis Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships. Coordinating with Service team to resolve service issues across all channels. Project Management Support: Provide ongoing support during the installation and maintenance phases of the CAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion.
