Professional skills improvement Role & responsibilities 1.Responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of assembly machines to ensure the normal operation of equipment and reduce failures and downtime. 2.Precise assembly according to production drawings and operating manuals ensures that the product meets quality standards. 3.Check drawings and bill of materials to understand and confirm part specifications to ensure accurate assembly. 4.Develop operating procedures, perform mechanical processing and assembly, and ensure that products meet technical requirements. 5.Use various measuring tools (such as gauges and micrometers) to check the clearance and fit accuracy of parts to ensure accurate assembly. 6.Operate various auxiliary tools (e.g., chisels, files, scrapers) and mechanical equipment (e.g., drill presses, grinders) to arrange, align and assemble parts. 7.Regularly inspect and test assembled products to promptly detect and correct defects and ensure product quality. 8.Responsible for the testing and subsequent maintenance of finished products to ensure that the products meet the usage standards. 9.Work closely with other departments to ensure production targets are met and production schedule is executed as planned. 10.Record production data in detail and submit relevant reports on time to ensure that the production process can be traced and improved. 11.Actively participate in the technical training provided by the company, continuously improve professional skills, and improve work efficiency and quality. Preferred candidate profile 1. Mechanical assembly skills Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and accurately assemble equipment parts. Familiar with machining and assembly tolerances to ensure parts precision. 2. Equipment maintenance and care Understand the operating principles of the equipment and be able to perform daily inspection, maintenance and servicing. Master basic maintenance techniques such as lubrication, cleaning, and tightening to ensure stable operation of equipment. 3. Measurement and inspection technology Proficient in using measuring instruments (such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, levels, etc.) to check the accuracy of parts and equipment. Possess fault diagnosis and analysis capabilities, and be able to identify abnormal data and make adjustments. 4. Machining and tool use Familiar with basic machining techniques, such as turning, milling, grinding, drilling and other mechanical processing techniques. Ability to use hand tools (e.g. wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.) and power tools (e.g. drills, angle grinders, etc.) for assembly. 5. Basic electrical knowledge Have basic electrical knowledge, be able to read simple circuit diagrams, and perform basic wiring and maintenance. Familiarity with the basic operations of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) will help with the automated commissioning and maintenance of equipment.
