Experience: You scope and design digital PMO services within an agile team. You implement these services and test them with our customers. You permanently review the performance of our activities and bring in ideas for improvement. You keep our services running and help balancing for an outstanding customer experience. You are a trusted partner for our customers. 1 to 8 years of Project and Program Management experience of Large and Complex deployments with interaction with Senior Executives. Establish project Governance structure and partner with different workstream leads to ensure adherence to program standards and governance. Experience of managing both Operations and program budgets and must be very good with numbers. Coordination with Auditors and Finance Executives to ensure compliance requirements. Ability to develop various reports required by leadership at team as well as project level. Experience of working with Vendors, facilitations steering committee and other cross program governance activities. Responsibilities: Will be responsible for managing accounts PMO services Defining and automating the PMO services He/she should have experience of managing both Operations and program budgets and must be very good with accounting. Responsible for onboarding of new team members and provisioning of mandatory and compliance trainings Team announcements and maintenance of team level details Act as enabler for all DE teams and ensure quick resolution of general work issues Support capacity planning for the account Track and share updates with stakeholders as and when needed
