Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager with in-depth knowledge of GST compliances, ITC reconciliation, GST audits, and export-import documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate GST filings, handling tax audits, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.). Conduct GST ITC (Input Tax Credit) reconciliation to verify vendor compliance and claim accuracy. Handle GST audits, assessments, and liaise with tax authorities. Ensure compliance with all GST rules and regulations, including changes in tax laws. Assist in managing other statutory compliances such as TDS, Income Tax, and E-Way Bills. Oversee GST-related export and import documentation, including LUT/Bond filings. Ensure proper documentation for IGST refunds on exports and duty drawbacks. Coordinate with customs, banks, and other regulatory bodies for smooth transactions. Assist in preparing financial reports related to GST liabilities and reconciliations. Maintain accurate books of accounts for tax and compliance purposes. Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities. Work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and tax consultants. Provide support in financial audits and statutory audits. Assist in implementing best practices in tax and compliance management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, and tax audits. Strong knowledge of GST laws, ITC reconciliation, and taxation rules. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software. Hands-on experience in GST portal filings and tax software. Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and direct tax compliances.
