Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for current account acquisition, saving account opening, and retail liability business. Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling insurance products to existing clients. Develop strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (preferably in banking). Strong understanding of account opening, cross sales, insurance sales, and retail liabilities. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
