Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Administrative Officer to provide essential support in managing office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive attitude. This role involves handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: • Manage communication by handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. • Oversee office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. • Assist in documentation, including preparing reports, presentations, and record-keeping. • Support travel and logistics, including bookings, accommodations, and scheduling. • Ensure office organization by managing visitors, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a professional work environment. • Conduct warehouse visits to oversee inventory management and ensure operational compliance. Qualifications & Requirements: • Graduate preferred from any faculty OR a High School diploma/equivalent with relevant experience. • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
