Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for auto refinish products in the Pune region. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation. Build strong relationships with key customers, including body shops, commercial vehicle owners, and industrial users of automotive paints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide technical support on product applications. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales or related field (OEM Sales/Industrial Sales/Channel Sales). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the auto refinish industry or similar sectors. Strong understanding of automotive paints, body shops, commercial vehicles, channel partnerships, and industrial paint applications.
