Conduct research in areas of specialization such as clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or educational psychology. Supervise students' thesis work and dissertations for Ph.D. programs. Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on latest developments in the field of psychology. Develop curriculum materials for new courses or programs. Desired Candidate Profile M.A. (Psychology) + Ph.D/Doctorate degree holders can apply. UGC NET Qualification Mandatory Minimum 1-5 years of teaching experience at university level preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with ability to teach complex concepts effectively. Excellent presentation skills with ability to engage students during lectures and discussions.
