Assistant Branch Manager - Distribution

Job Description

Assist Business Manager in the overall management and growth of the business unit. Assist in management of day to day operations of the distribution center and work with manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Supply chain Management Inventory management Optimize delivery routes to minimize logistics costs Achieve and exceed the monthly sales targets and operational efficiency metrics, defined by manufacturer. Perform analysis of financial and business metrics to drive business unit performance. Recruitment and training of team members to ensure that team exceeds business goals and financial targets. The first three months will be probationary, Confirmation will be granted if performance throughout the probationary period is satisfactory.
