Brand Management :- Improving the organic brand growth To create brand pull via establishing long terms IPs around the brand New initiative for create additional eyeballs for the brand Brand Hygiene & Competition mapping Brand growth & new customer acquisition Customer retention & improving the conversion on across platforms. New Product & Category launches Agency Management :- Annual Marketing Calendar & Budgeting Monthly marketing plans & campaigns for new product, new category, new cities launches. Competition Analysis & bringing the best marketing practices for the brand Planning & creating strategies & campaign for Brand pull via social media. Execution & Monitoring of these social media campaign. Agency Management, Monthly & Weekly Reviews, PO, Payments ORM & Social Media Report & Analysis Performance Marketing:- Sync with Online platform team for offers & new product launches. Create a GTM plan around the same. Performance marketing for product push from outside the platform Taking Offers from Online Platform Team & run performance ads around the same. The matrix for evaluating the Performance marketing will be Improve the CTR, per Click cost, Impression generated, Total Business from social ads push. Event & Activation :- Finding the offline opportunities for participation & brand paid trails Conceptualised the brand presence at the event & creating a experiential marketing across all customer touch points Creating brand awareness & content around the brand for new trails Customer 1st party data collections Fabrication & Execution of the event
