Assistant Business Manager - Retail

Job Description

Assist business manager in the overall management and growth of the business unit Develop marketing plans that cover both above the line and below the line tactics Work with business manager and store team to plan and successfully implement events for special occasions. Perform analysis of financial and business metrics to drive business unit performance Assist in management of day to day operations of the retail and work with store manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Recruitment and training of team members to ensure that team exceeds business goals and financial targets. The first three months will be probationary, Confirmation will be granted if performance throughout the probationary period is satisfactory.
