Job Description

Role & responsibilities Preparation of Yearly, Quarterly & Monthly Business Plan for B2C & B2B • Responsible for Top & bottom line growth for B2C and B2B • Planning of Marketing/Event calendar in accordance with market place portal and implementing the same through ad campaigns for new customer acquisition and Re-marketing including design & content • Maintaining good relationship with Key contact(s) of all market place portals to enhance brand presence and execute new initiatives • Preparation of monthly ad budget plan for advertising and direct discounting with marketing agency • Fixing commercials - Ensuring net profit for the company on each sale by limiting the mark down • Inventory management Ensuring sufficient inventory levels using OTB process • Managing end to end business activities including but not limited to Merchandise selection, Content, Product photo shoot, new listings, Portal specific promotions (DOTD, Coupons), Ad campaigns & optimization and MIS report • Sales analysis to identify & create NOOS/Best seller lines and its replenishment plan • Creating partner specific product catalogue to target channel specific customer base • Supervision of warehouse management for all aspects like stock inward, floor management, shipment within SLA, SAP updations etc. Team HR 9327956606
