Role & responsibilities 1) Understanding of Customer and Process drawings in 2D / 3D . 2) Knowledge in New CNC Part Programing and setting changeover . 3) Knowlegde in PFMEA , PFD ,and SOP - Preparation and review as per requirements 4) New products/Process trials & establishment 5) New Product/Process Validation 6) New machine design approvals and Supplier follow-ups 7) New machine trials at supplier end and machine establishment in Line . 8) PPAP Documentation and line readiness for customer audit 9) Knowledge in Layout and Cycle time study . 10) System Knowledge in IATF-16949
