Job Title: Assistant Executive (Operations) Location: Teynampet (Chennai) Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data, performing data entry and formatting tasks, and running reports in client software. Responsibilities: Perform data entry and formatting tasks to maintain accurate records Utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other Excel functions to analyze and manage data Import and export data as required Sort, filter, and validate data for consistency and accuracy Run reports in client software, aligning data according to specific instructions Communicate effectively with team members and clients Comfortable using technology and learning new software Qualifications: Any degree or equivalent qualification Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools and software
