Role: Assistant Female Warden, Student Life Location - Mohali Job Description The Assistant Warden plays a crucial role in managing hostel operations and ensuring the well-being of students residing on campus. Their responsibilities typically include: Serve as a primary point of contact for hostel residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their overall well-being. Foster a positive and inclusive environment by organizing regular student engagement activities. Conduct periodic meetings with students to understand their needs, take feedback, and implement necessary improvements. Ensure timely intervention in cases of student distress and escalate issues to relevant authorities when needed. Monitor student attendance and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations. Ensure adherence to campus timings and visitor policies, maintaining discipline within the hostel premises. Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address hostel upkeep and facility management concerns. Ensure the safety and security of students by coordinating with security personnel and implementing necessary protocols. Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, sanitation, and overall safety in the hostel premises. Work closely with the Health Centre to provide medical assistance to students in case of emergencies and assist in handling medical emergencies, including escorting students to hospitals if needed. Prepare reports on hostel occupancy, student concerns, maintenance issues, and other administrative matters. Experience and Education Any graduate 3 to 5 years relevant experience in university or college capacity
