Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Work on new business opportunities. 2. Bid Proposal Management so as to Techno Commercially qualify the company in the bid. 3. Managing preparation of salient features of tender for management review 4. Reviewing the tender documents. 5. Handling pre bid activities for the projects 6. Attending pre bid meetings and site visits 7. Aligning with client/consultant for seeking clarifications on tender issues 8. Lining up with process licensors and engineering contractors depending on the requirements of the projects 9. Checking and contesting various commercial conditions given in the bid package 10. Competitor Analysis and Inputs for bidding strategy 11. Proactively interacting with Clients/consultants/peers to increase chances of getting business or seeking information on new business opportunities. 12. Assisting the Estimation team in preparation of bid cost estimation as per the scope of work for the project /job as per the requirements of the tender issued by the Client 13. Price negotiation for the finalization of the contract 14. Interaction with higher management and evaluating project Win/loss analysis. 15. Have good connections with consultants like CBRE, JLL, CW etc. 16. Have good connections with architectural forms. Perks and benefits
