Job Description

Department : Contracts Skills Required : B.E/B. Tech Civil Engineering. LLB is desirable. Minimum 10 yrs of experience in Contracts Management and handling Arbitrations. Experience in working with large Infrastructure / EPC Companies would be preferable. Key Responsibilities Handle contractual (Pre-tendering & post tendering) matters and guide contractual adherence & liability to operations Teams. Interpretation of contractual clauses. Contractual Risk Assessment & provide inputs to management. Handle claims, arbitration matters, contractual dispute management & resolution Coordinate with BD, Proposals & Operations Staff for matters related to contacts management & arbitration. Create awareness about contractual conditions among the site management, business heads, and other internal Stakeholders. Escalate critical issues to management regularly. Provide leadership in the matters of contracts management & arbitration.
