We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Products division for the position of Assistant General Manager - Revenue Growth Management . In this role, you will be responsible to lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function for the Consumer Products Division of LOreal India. This includes supporting various teams in aligning and implementing RGM initiatives, driving deployment of RGM Tools and dashboards, and integrating RGM analytics into current ways-of-working. You should have 8-12 years of experience in the Beauty/ FMCG industry (You should have done stints in Front line sales and (or) Trade Marketing and RGM. The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO. Key Responsibilities: Lead the RGM team to analysing performance and make recommendations across all levers, eg, Pricing, Promotions, Mix Management, Returns Combine internal & external, financial and non-financial data to enable decision making. Create, maintain and publish RGM dashboards on a regular basis to highlight performance Maintain consumer prices and pack price architecture records for LOral & competition Evaluate Product Mix at Category, Product, Channel & Customer level and drive improvements Analyse and maintain record of Promotional schemes and ROI by franchise / channel. Collaborate with various teams and external agencies to access relevant data, eg financial, sales performance, competitor dynamics Contribute to RGM capabilities building by sharing best practices from Global RGM community with Indian team and vice versa. Key Competencies: Practical experience in online and offline sales growth drivers Strong data management, analytics; previous role in Sales / Trade Marketing and RGM preferred Experience in data analytics, regression-based analysis. Highly proficient using (financial) analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint Good communication skills. Ability to handle vendors independently Structured way-of-working and open to experience new ideas/approaches Ability to work collaboratively across different functions in the organization Knowledge of Nielsen, other aggregated market data and tools. Key Relationships: Sales Planning, Finance, Brand, Demand Planning, CMI, Analytics Agencies Physical Demands (e.g. % travel): Travel will be need based Education: MBA .
