Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Business Development Department: Business Development Location: Pithampur Indore M.P Reporting To: Managing Director Budget: 18-22 LPA Experience: Minimum :15–20 years of experience(Nutraceutical industry) Only Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the Nutraceutical segment (B2B). Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibility. Build strong relationships with domestic and international clients, distributors, and strategic partners. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Production teams to ensure timely development and launch of new products. Prepare and present business proposals, product presentations, and commercial models to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, MOUs, and pricing structures to close deals effectively. Monitor and report performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development KPIs. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance business visibility and acquire leads. Train and mentor junior business development executives to align with organizational goals. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Business Development, with strong exposure to the Nutraceutical industry. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationship management. Strong commercial acumen with understanding of product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
