Dear Aspirants, Greetings from Rain Cements Ltd (Priya Cement) We have an opening for Assistant General Manager - Solar Work Location: Tadipatri , Anantapur Job Description: Rain Cements, a thirty-nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager - Solar who is having good experience in Ground Mount Solar Power Plant Projects and its O&M activities for our solar power plant located at Tadipatri , Ananthapur district. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Solar projects, maintenance and operations, maintenance of Inverters, Transformer, HT Panel & Switchgear. Daily monitoring Weather Monitoring system (WMS). Additionally, the candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills. Role & Responsibilities A Very good strong experience in projects, operations & maintenance of Inverters, Transformer energy, String Voltages/Currents/Power on SCADA and proper utilization of solar power. To develop, define and dimension technically and economically feasible applications by performing preliminary engineering/design, project metering and measurements of critical parameters Good experience in string checking, Identification of problems, troubleshooting and Rectification. Overall responsibility and accountability for part production and quality Communication / follow up with Equipment OEMs. Generation / preparation / Download of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports, Plant PR, Low performance Inverters analysis Good experience on Documentation Inverters communication checking & SPDs replacements Training of manpower for proper maintenance and operation of the plant. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech / B.E /M.Tech in Electrical Engineering At least 15 years of hands-on experience in Ground Mount Solar Power Plants Projects, O&M Activities Prior experience in execution of solar power plants and its operation and maintenance activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Superb time management and organization skills with the ability to collaborate across functions Fluency in Telugu and English Perks and benefits Emoluments will be at par with the best in Industry.
