Job Description

About the role: The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-6 years of experience in HR domain. Candidate should have a strong track record of executing organizational level strategies, employee engagement, employee life cycle (entry to exit), and talent acquisition. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different geographies and cultures. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate an eagerness to learn and adapt to the UK and the US markets, and the ability to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the role. Responsibilities: Manage HRIS and address employee queries related to HR software. Handle recruitments for various junior to mid-level roles. Oversee the talent pipeline and development efforts to support business growth and organizational needs. Execute employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture. Plan team building activities online/ offline Conduct timely HR and related audits, planning and implementing recommended actions. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee office administration, employee filing, and back-to-office requirements. Manage leave and attendance processes. Partner with managers to identify and address HR-related business challenges and opportunities. Collaborate closely with HR leadership to execute various processes and initiatives. Undertake other operational activities as directed by leadership. Expected and Desired Skills Experience of working in a multinational organization/ startup and collaborate with different stakeholders Experience implementing various employee related initiatives. Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Exposure to the UK & the USA markets will be preferred Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly at all levels Flexible approach to working environment and hours in order to meet the needs of the company Exposure to ISO and SOC2 processes and audit requirements will be preferred Education Background An MBA or equivalent Must An undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration or related field
