Role & responsibilities: Housekeeping, Canteen, Transport and Guest house management. Enforce Efficient Training & Development. Handle hotel bookings, flight bookings, cab bookings and visa processes. Ensure efficient operation and management of the company canteen. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies. Manage guest accommodations and hospitality. Maintain and manage personal files of permanent workers and staff. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and requirements. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
